Get started · Floada Discovery Engagement
A time-limited engagement on a defined slice of commercial documents. The output is a written report of every exception found, quantified, traced to source, retained regardless of next steps.
What it is
The slice is composed of commercial documents the client already owns. Floada processes them against the underlying contracts, rate cards, side letters, amendments, or any other commercial document relevant to the use case. Every leak surfaces in a written report, quantified and traced back to its source.
How it works
Phase 01
Your NDA and DPA signed, or Floada's, if preferred. Scope defined in writing. Source documents transferred via secure channel. A Floada data engineer pairs with one named stakeholder via light email Q&A to configure the data.
Phase 02
Floada reads every document, invoices, contracts, side letters, amendments. Reconstructs the commercial logic. Surfaces every exception with quantified impact.
Phase 03
Written report delivered. Live walkthrough with your team. Every finding traceable to the source document and clause that produced it.
Phase 04
The report is retained by the client. If findings warrant continuous coverage, terms are discussed separately.

Cost
Pricing depends on the slice. One quarter of a single freight lane is priced differently from an annual category across regions. The fee arrives in writing with the proposed scope, before anything is signed.
What happens after
Now
Time-limited, fixed scope. One slice. A report quantifying what's leaking, traced to its source.
Decision point
The report makes this answerable with numbers, not estimates. If the answer is no, the engagement ends there.
If warranted
Continuous coverage across every transaction, contract, and pricing condition, running alongside your team every day.
